The TC-940 accommodates a broad rim diameter range of 10″-24″ and rim width of 3″-16″, covering everything from smaller passenger vehicle wheels to larger SUV and light commercial rims. With a maximum wheel diameter capacity of 1000mm, the machine is well-suited to handle the bigger, wider wheels increasingly common on modern vehicles.
A powerful bead-remove cylinder delivers up to 2500 Kg of force, making quick work of separating even stubborn, low-profile tyres from their rims — a task that can otherwise slow down the entire tyre changing process on tougher jobs. Operating pressure of 0.8-1 MPa ensures consistent, controlled performance throughout.
The TC-940 also offers dual turntable speed settings (6.8/13.6 rpm), letting technicians choose between a slower, more controlled speed for delicate alloy wheels or a faster speed for quicker turnaround on standard jobs — genuine flexibility that adapts to the wheel being worked on rather than a single fixed pace.
