The TDP-666 offers three core output functions: carbon rod heating (AC1V-10V) for controlled dent removal and shrinking, washer fusion (AC6V-12V) for attaching washers used in dent pulling work, and butt weld (AC1V-13V) for joining sheet metal panels. This combination covers the core repair techniques technicians rely on for straightening damaged panels and restoring bodywork without needing separate dedicated machines for each task.
Power output is serious, with an instant maximum current of 5400A and input power of 13KW, giving the TDP-666 enough strength to handle demanding body repair jobs efficiently. The steeples time regulation system (0-99 m/s) gives technicians fine control over weld and heating duration, allowing precise adjustment based on panel thickness and repair requirements — supporting one-side welding thickness of 0.8-1.2mm.
