The Launch EVT511 is an EV battery pack air tightness tester built for sealing tests before installation. With presettable battery pack parameters, high-sensitivity pressure sensing, and real-time pressure curve visualization, it ensures EV battery packs are properly sealed after repair or module replacement.

Description

LAUNCH EVT511 – EV Battery Pack Air Tightness Tester | Technomatic Industries

A repaired EV battery pack is only as good as its seal. The LAUNCH EVT511, available at Technomatic Industries, is built to confirm exactly that — running precise air tightness tests that verify a battery pack is properly sealed before it goes back into a vehicle.

The EVT511 is designed specifically for sealing tests conducted after completing battery repair work and after repairing a battery pack’s modules — the two moments where a compromised seal is most likely and most costly if missed. Rather than relying on visual inspection alone, technicians get a measurable, data-backed result confirming the pack is airtight.

One of the standout capabilities of the EVT511 is its ability to preset battery pack parameters, including volume, pressure, test time, and leakage limits — allowing technicians to tailor each test to the specific battery pack being checked, rather than relying on generic, one-size-fits-all settings. This flexibility makes the device practical across a range of different EV battery pack types and sizes.

High-sensitivity pressure sensing keeps results accurate and stable, while the built-in pressure gauge displays a real-time pressure curve, giving technicians clear visibility into how the test is progressing rather than waiting for a final pass/fail result. This kind of real-time feedback makes it easier to catch and understand leakage issues as they happen.

Precision Where It Matters

The EVT511 operates within a test pressure range of 0~30kPa, with a sensor resolution of 1Pa and test accuracy of ±5Pa — precise enough to catch even minor sealing issues that could affect long-term battery reliability. Communication is handled via RS485, and results are viewed on a clear 10.1″ LCD screen, with data storage available internally or via upload to a USB drive for easy record-keeping.

The device requires 0.1~1.0 MPa dry compressed air to operate and runs on AC90~264V power (50Hz/60Hz), making it adaptable across different workshop power setups. Built to handle real workshop conditions, it operates reliably across a working temperature range of -10°C to 55°C and humidity of 10%~90%.
